That's not now (at least not in Japan). That was in the summer. And it was a teenage thing to do to be wiseasses. Any size fries was 100 yen (like a dollar) so groups of friends would buy $20 (approx) of large fries and build pyramids of them on the table and take photos. Not eat them all. :lol
