In their last two playoff meetings Durant has held Kobe to 3-21 shooting. He held Bran to 9-27 shooting in the Finals. Last year he was one of the top defenders in the league behind Paul George while Bran was statistically average at best, and far below average in the playoffs.

It's a small sample size but small sample sizes ARE THE ONLY POSITIVES ever brought up about LeBrons defense

like a block on Splitter in garbage time, good defense on Rose for a few possesions, but the stats show he is nowhere close to being worthy of getting any DPOY votes, let alone being the runner up.

This year he's gotten worse on that end of the floor as well. No one in the media comments on it though, now even acting like Paul George is becoming the next LeBron because he plays defense.... thats a damn insult to George who was twice the defender LeBron was last year.
