I'm not a huge football fan, but Remember the Titans was really good too.

Playmakers > any football movie.

though if HBO/SHO/Starz makes an NFL drama series, that will probably be the GOAT

They barley gave Bill Bellamy any lines ... shame.

Have you watched "Remember the Titans" and "Friday Night Lights"?

Rudy and Varsity Blues were good

Friday Night Lights is the best pure football movie to me.

Any Given Sunday is very entertaining but it is a semi-sensationalized take on professional football as an industry and business commodity, not necessarily football.

Remember the Titans is a football movie but more of a rose colored Disney vision of racial intergration in Virginia. Football is there but it's not the focus.

Friday Night Lights is about football and the other subplots result because of the game.

This movie was awesome. Had an amazing soundtrack with it also

I remember this being a real in your face football movie at the time which disk have any of the sad emotional plot lines such as a RTT. I don't want a tear jerker football movie I want a in your face, gritty hard hitting football movie

Any given Sunday delivers that

I actually think Any Given Sunday is one of the worst sports movies ever made...it's just so over the top and exaggerates NFL stereotypes to the point of stupidity IMO.

Cameron Diaz as a franchise owner :facepalm

the eye ball on the field was just the cherry on top...

the ONLY thing I love about that movie is Jim Brown's character...love him in that movie, other than that I wish the movie was never made.
