They're a popular dish in El Salvador and my mom is from there so yeah. She used to make those all the time so yeah I like them. They're done a little different and I don't even know what to call them. Platanos fritos?

Not into plantains but I tried Cuban food for the first time a couple years back and I tried fried yuca.. Now I love that stuff.. A cubano with fried yuca please! Dizzayum!!!
