wonder if the dude was planning on taking over or was already running things and kim jong un was just salty
This just reminds me of a Bond or other stereotypical movie villain killing one of his henchmen.

I really feel bad for the people in North Korea. Even when they move to South Korea sometimes they are picked on by the South Koreans. But this just shows that this guy is insecure about his power. He's even killing his uncle. The other day a bunch of people were executed for something really silly. Sad.

The situation there is probably one of the most miserable in the world.
i live in eastern europe, a former comunist country. the guy that was our president was a saint comparted to the guys there. you can't even travel inside the country let alone travel aboard. here's more: http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/inside-north-korea-video-photos-1826234

what's worse is that they are doing chemical on biological weapon experiments on political prisoners
One defector who served as a security official at Detention Camp 22 described tests in which healthy prisoners were placed inside glass chambers and technicians monitoring the effects as gas was pumped into the chambers.
"Normally, a family sticks together and individual prisoners stand separately around the corners," Kwon Kyok, a pseudonym, said in a documentary cited by the report. "Scientists observe the entire process from above, through the glass.
"I watched a whole family being tested on suffocating gas and dying in the gas chamber: Parents, one son and a daughter," he said. "The parents were vomiting and dying, but until the very last moment they tried to save the kids by doing mouth-to-mouth breathing.

Tito?
Tito wasn't really a macho-man dictator and along as you weren't a non-slav in Yugoslavia you had it pretty good(if you were "minority" you were ****ed though)
I'm guessing he's from Hungary or something. Off topic by me

Tito wasn't so bad. If he had Ceausescu though, then that's pretty unfortunate.

Well yeah, that is why I asked. We Romanians had Ceausescu which was quite bad but still not as bad as these North Koreans.
Tito was on of the most lenient dictators ever. He even let his people go work outside the country.

Yea, Ceausescu and Hoxha(albanian dictator) were probably the worst in Europe.
Still kinda weird how there are some communist enclaves like Moldava and Belarus(IDK if Belarus is considered a communist state though)

this kid had a western education. i had faint hope that the experience would influence him to be a little less of an asshole as his dad and embrace a smidgen western values and reform. instead he's headed full steam in the opposite direction.
