I have food allergies (sesame, nuts) and I jsut ate some bun without asking what is in it, and it has sesame.

Reaction is small so far but quite possible I need to use my epipen, which means my day is done, i'll be groggy, feel shitty, my stomach will hurt. Because i have no sense.

:facepalm

Hoping reaction just stops so i don't need to.

Don't post your weakness on the internet, now all of ISH knows how to defeat you.

Maybe that's why i ate it, to build up immunity.

Don't need the shot, but it's going to kill my stomach all day. Sigh...

This happened because the Knicks wouldn't give up a 1st round pick in a Lowry trade. Someone had to pay.

so are you still with us, niko? tylenol or something help?

and funny... i'm kind of the opposite. if i didn't eat some nuts / seeds every day i would feel OFF.

started on chia and hemp seeds last week and they go great with pretty much everything.

Tylenol doesn't help, benadryl. If you ever eat something, something bites you and the reaction is something unpleasant benadryl will slow it down probably. Buys time if nothing else.

What are your symptoms from the reaction?

Some swelling (tounge, lips), itchy feeling in the throat. It also effects everything as it moves through my digestive system. Makes everything hurt and burn. God forbid I throw up.

A bad reaction, I have to take the epipen to make sure my airvalves stay open. This was nowhere near that. I've only had one reaction very bad in my life, the rest I've managed (although twice I've went to emergency room).

Right now I just am heavily benadryled so i'm kind of groggy.

Haha. You'll be fine. Does this mean that you'll have to get a shot on your tongue? Get well, yo.

Thanks, i'm ok. Just take the benadryl because it settles my stomach. Otherwise it feels all day like i ate spoiled food.

My friend used to have that sometimes, he would sometimes put ice chips in his mouth to help reduce the swelling. Helped a little bit if he was having just a mild reaction to something.
