F*ck my existence. And I read Bill Gates is closer to $100 billion making a little over $12 billion pushing him to $72 billion and change (I'll take the change).
This world is rigged.

The DOW hit an all time high, so not surprising that someone who invests so heavily and already had a ton of cash, made a ton of cash as a result.

Those who make a great impact deserve to be rewarded financially... and those who invest wisely just make more. I am sure if you asked Bill Gates what he is most proud of it won't be the amount of money that he's made. IT's simply a byproduct for doing something mankind really values. Once you get the money from doing things that people value, then it vaults you into the investment arena. It makes sense.
It's A VC3!!!

Warren holds hundred million dollar positions in like 100 companies. Even if he's earning 5% return on his entire portfolio he'd be making millions per day. Warren made $13 billion from $47 billion. Obviously he has a substantial amount of that $47 billion in cash but if $30 billion was in stocks, he earned a 43% ROI in one year. Insane.

People sit around and drool over others who have mad bank. Jealousy, envy, greed, mixed with a moderate dose of hate, call it whatever you like, the end result is always the same: a group of never-gonna-amount-to-shit day dreaming, Hollywood/Billionaire lifestyle following ****s who are at a disadvantage of getting there themselves because they lack intelligence, a single ounce of world culture (probably never traveled more than 100 miles from the zip code they were born in) and likely delivered mail for a living until they were fired for stealing boxes like Craig off Friday - fast forward starting sweeping shit at the shit factory until they were fired from that gig probably because they smelt worse than the surrounding environment in which they worked in.

Following you around = seeing the someone replied to my thread (not you), reading his post then noticing yours and commenting on it? Ok.

Put me on your ignore list since I'm such an idiot. Christ.
How about you channel all this negative energy into running your mail routes instead? "Ok."

Put you on my ignore list because I noticed how you agreed to something where the poster wasnt being serious? And you were too stupid to realize it? Holy shit you're not bright.
I dont have routes, I have a route. Why would I need to channel energy into doing what I do on a daily basis already? Holy shit you are terrible.

Buffett is really awesome. He hasn't changed the way he lives his life since amassing billions and he invests/operates with integrity and with sound principals.

Yep there are millionaires all over the place, they really aren't even that uncommon, even regular middle-class neighborhoods have a handful of millionaires
Billionaires are in another universe...if you're a billionaire you're in a truly elite class, millionaires are scary ghetto types to billionaires ;)

It comes down to how you measure it wealth, and at what age a person has obtained it.
A household of 5 with three kids going to private school for tuition of $10k a year each, with a mortgage of $300k, and monthly bills of probably $1,000+ isn't going to feel wealthy simply because they have $1M in assets.
Even if it's $1M in net worth, if a lot of it is tied down to a house your financial freedom is limited.
If it's a single 30 year old who graduated college with little to no debt, working in finance making $400k a year who's got over $1M in assets then that's when you can afford to live like a baller at certain times.
