Why KD/Westbrook would be crazy to leave the other. While KD would look even more impressive next to a creator like Rondo, the truth is he needs that explosiveness from the guard position that brings the aggression to the offense, balancing out his more finesse style of play.

Tried telling all the chicken littles who wanted to claim OKC was going to take a step back this year or whatever after letting Martin walk that there would be a pretty good chance OKC would be able to essentially replace his production with Jackson. Don't know why people didn't just look at what he did in the playoffs last year without Westbrook to arrive at that conclusion themselves. He was a second year player, getting the first playoff minutes of his career (didn't play in his rookie season the year OKC made the Finals), and averaged 15-5-4 on 58% TS as a starter.

Yeah man, OKC's demise was overstated. Their player development is second to none, outside of the Spurs. If they can get anything outta PJ3....

I want to see if Lamb, Jackson, and Adams can be reliable sources of production in the heat of the postseason before I endorse them as arrived. But from what I've seen, they look very impressive as a collection.

In totality though, even if just looking at this game for example, Ibaka is somewhat overrated as a defender. His weak-side blocking ability is tremendous, but as an individual man defender he's really lacking.

He's only averaging 2.5 turnovers per game this month (11 games). I mean, yeah, it's possible he has a 5-6 turnover game next game since he's due, but it's not like he's been turning it over a lot lately.

Everything is clicking for the team this year, got good depth at bench, KD beasting from the get go and only picking it up. Westbrook surprise early comeback from the injury without missing a beat. This Thunder team is easily the best one and as it should be. In Presti we trust :cheers:
