Blake is far too poor of a shooter to take advantage of his ball handling.

Too bad there's rarely enough space on the floor for a PF to take another PF off the dribble, anyway. Dirk's whole team has been designed around that in the past.

Plus CP3 has the ball in his hands all the time.

That's pretty crazy to watch and it goes to show how talented you really have to be in order to be an nba player.

Impressive handles and footwork there. That's the last thing I want my 6'10" PF to be doing though.

So did he get fouled or did the refs actually call the travel on his ballerina move?

Like a white LeBron.

Have you ever noticed black LeBron makes a mockery of league rules like that, but white LeBron does it like this...

Yea. 20 PPG, 10 RPG. P and R must stand for "dunk."

I'm about 5'10" in shoes and whenever i see anyone over 6'4" i can't imagine how someone so tall could possibly get low enough to dribble a basketball in a coordinated manner. Yet in the NBA you have guys who are 6'10" doing things with the ball like this. It's mind blowing thinking about a guy that size doing stuff like that.

Which is why I laugh whenever I hear someone say they would beat Dwight Howard in a free throw contest, or have better post moves than DeAndre Jordan.

These guys in a comfortable, no stress environment would kill anyone at either of those activities.

Blake has always been known as one of the best bigman ball handlers. Here's a video from last season:

why didnt he use it more often though?

and just like some other poster sayin, he has the athleticism that rival bron, if he actually got the handle, and practice the jumper, he can be bron

If he added a few pounds and got up to 265-270 he could play point-center.

Get outta here shorty! You don't have to be a midget to be able to dribble the ball.

Looks really cool and shit but completely useless for his position. Why do you think we've only seen 1 or 2 plays in the last 2 years displaying his ball handling skills. Its because he needs to learn how to post up and score with his back to the basket not f*cking dribble around pretending hes a guard. Why is he even practicing this shit?

:facepalm

So he can attack the defense before it's set?

It's more like 1 - 2 times a game. He pushes the ball up court with out a guard.

Even if he doesn't score it leads to transition jumpers from other players.

He's in his 4th year still developing his game. We'll see more and more of this in the future.

I bet you we wont. Theres nothing wrong with having the ability to do this in your pocket, but I hope hes not actively practicing ball handling like that all the time. Take that 1 -2 times a game in the regular season which turns into 1 - 2 times a playoff series which makes it an almost useless skill for 6 10 player to have. Especially one who struggles with traditional aspects of PF play.

Nitpicking ass posters here.:oldlol:

Don't know how ppl on ISH hate on Griffin who's putting up 20ppg 10reb 3ast on 51%fg, yet still hang on Duncan's nuts who's avg is 14ppg 9reb 46%FG and has no real impact on Spurs wins.:oldlol:
