Get a Samsung Galaxy s3 for 250$ (used + without contract)
Or
Get Nokia Lumia 520 for 60$ (used + without contract) and keep 190$
and what would you do with the extra 190$?

I would pick the Lumia, I have no idea what kind of phone that is or how good it is but by the looks of the images it is a fairly new smartphone.

A phone is for calling, messaging, checking mail and occasional browsing. So ask yourself what is it you are getting with for $190 with the Galaxy s3 as opposed to the Lumia?

I just googled a picture and it actually looks very neat.

trust me, before my current iphone i was using the lumia 920. long story short, is it an amazing phone? yeah. is it for everyone? hell no. But hey its only 60$...so~I wouldnt blow 250 on a used phone.
