I might go with Cricket, for those that know who they are, I believe they have $60 plan with unlimited everything.

AT&T because when i signed up i got a big discount and unlimited data via work and it's grandfathered in so it doesn't change.

Verizon. My first day of work, my boss gave me an order form and told me to pick out any phone I wanted for a free unlimited everything line. I actually like AT&T's 4G better in this area, though.

I have the same plan. Have you found a good website for refill cards? I used to get crazy deals on ebay...

I have used Pinzoo.com for a simple mobile line which worked out ok, but for my T-mobile I just have it set to auto pay.
(edit) looks like that site doesn't have Tmo but does sell cards for other providers on Tmo's network.

U.S. Cellular, I chose them because of the unlimited incoming calls deal. I've been with them for almost 10 years now.
