What is 10k in a life time? It is nothing. If you actually add up amounts you have spent on stupid things in your life banging a dream girl is not so bad - mostly because you will remember it. All those alcoholic drinks and nights out? I probably remember 5 or 10% of them (yet I am out thousands of dollars).

I'm not sure if I would actually do it because I don't really have anyone I would spend that money on (real life or celebrity) however if that person existed but I didn't have a shot with them, maybe I would? The point is I have spent more money on stupider and forgettable things than this.

I think you've confused my casualness with money for a mental health problem. I'm fine, but 10k for a dream girl doesn't ultimately seem like that much to me - BUT at the moment there isn't a girl I would drop that money on. It isn't that I am so depressed, insecure, or desperate that I feel like I'm willing to pay exorbitant amounts of cash for a night with a woman, it is that paying 10k for what is titled "a dream girl" doesn't really bother me.
