I'd say so. And if where youre listening to it has even a little sub, that enjoyment goes super saiyan mode. meaning, it becomes 100X more enjoyable.

But certain song that you hear for the first time and absolutely love while stoned tend to not be as great when you come down.

It is indeed one of the best things about being high. Frankly its hard to enjoy music (any music) as much when i'm not high. Its good, but when i'm high, i feel the urge to dive into the lyrics, i hear sounds within the music that a sober me never really pays attention to. I think listening to music while high has given me a musician's ear as well; I only just started playing guitar a few months back and almost immediately after learning chords was i able to listen to music and recognize the chords they were playing without having to look it up. Its pretty cool.

Most of those probably drank coffee, some likely smoked, and others may have dabbled with opiates (not to mention alcohol), you don't really know.

Though of course you don't need drugs to produce good music, but drugs do enhance the enjoyment of music, especially classical music. Had a couple drinks and listened to an excellent Schumann piece, and the wealth of emotion and feeling it is capable bringing out is incredible.

Coffee gives you a buzz and affects the perception of music. It, like any drug that alters brain chemistry, changes the experience of listening to music.
