No he isnt. His defense has been avg and Miami is still a elite offense w/o him

No way is Curry is even close to a top 5 player. PG is not top 5 either. Curry has no impact on defense and his rebounding impact is minimal as he is a PG. That is 2 of the 3 areas of the game he makes zero or minimal impact.

Based off of one or 2 games? LOL Miami is much worse when Lebron is on the bench. He is clearly the best player in the NBA.
See what happens when Miami plays a team with a center without Lebron (unlike Portland that plays right into Miami's hands).

Wait why would you need his rebounding when 2 players on the team are averaging 10+ rebounds on the season.
Secondly defence at the point guard position isnt essential. In fact its not really necessary for a point guard. Give me an elite offensive point guard over an elite defensive point guard with no offense.
Lastly on offense the team is terrible with out him.
With Curry on the floor the warriors score 24 more points per possession whilst when he is on the opponent outscores them by 5 per 100 possessions. You can see the difference yourself.

Rebounding? What a random ass stat to nitpick for PGs. Unless the guy is truly an elite rebounding point guard (like Jason Kidd level) or doesn't play 40 mpg and averaging 1 rebound, who gives a shit.
And Curry is top 5 in rpg for his position this season. :oldlol: His career average is 4.1, which is pretty damn solid as far as point guards go. For comparison Rondo (who I think people consider a good rebounding PG) has a career average of 4.5. Which is exactly what Curry is averaging this season.
When Curry is on the teams OffRtg is 112.0
When he is off its 86.5
With Curry on the floor GSW is the best offensive team in the league, they score 2.5 more points per 100 possessions.
Without him they score 7.5 points less per 100 possessions which is the worst in the league.
He has the biggest impact offensively of any player in the league.

Because rebounding and defense are equal to scoring. PGs rarely impact defense and rebounding, which is why teams with PGs as their best players rarely win titles and it's also why PGs are overrated.

Rebounding and defense are equal to scoring. Most PGs including Curry don't impact those areas much, if at all. This is why PGs are overrated.

So wait a minute you say Paul George isnt a top 5 player when his defense has been the best at the wing position and only averages one less rebound per game than lebron yet you claim defense+rebounding=scoring so tell me without looking any dumber than you already do why he isnt a top 5 player this year

Watch some games
Half the time it isnt even his fault
With curry off the floor the warriors turn the ball over 6 more times per 100 possessions lmao

You're completely wrong. you Lebron haters are ridiculous. I'm a Nets and Celtics fan so I should hate him, but I respect an all time great when I see one.

If anything you are looking dumber for jumping to non sense conclusions off of what I said and ignoring NBA history by overrating a point guard. Also you act like I said Paul George sucks.
Paul George is a very good player, but he is not a top 5 player imo. I'd put him in the top 10.
PG is a good scorer this season, but not Lebron/Durant level elite scorer. PG is a good rebounder, but not an elite rebounder. PG is a very good wing defender, but his defensive impact cannot match the impact of a top big defender. His passing is average. Indy is a well balanced team that wins. They are not some team like OKC where they are carried by one player.
Lebron is the best player because his scoring his elite and miles ahead of everyone aside from Durant, his rebounding is good, and his passing is elite. Also his defense is elite. He can do things on the defensive end that no other lock down wing defenders like Paul George can do.

Lebron can do things on defense than PG nor any other defender can do. He is the closest a wing player can come to matching the impact of an elite defensive big.

Regular season don't mean sh1t. Who knows whats the mindset of the players anyway. I am sure a team like Spurs/Heat just wants to cruise into the playoffs and enter 'locked in' mode from then onwards. Most important thing for championship contenders is to stay healthy.
Teams like GSW, Clippers, Nuggets, Portland etc are not championship contenders and have never even sniffed the conference finals. They have something to prove. Meanwhile certain players like KD, PG, CP3 etc are going extra hard because they all want that MVP which they never had before. Lebron has 4 of those of course he is more focused on the championship and making sure his team is healthy. Its all a matter of priorities. If LBJ never had an MVP you can bet your a22 he would be going off.

I like Curry and I think I'd rather have him in the top 10 instead of Harden, but let's ease up overrating these youngins.
