For one to coach and mentor another, one must first take a back seat and let the young one learn from mistakes and handle the tough situations (e.g. last shots). This may take many years. Can Kobe spend the rest of his career tanking and mentoring? I honestly doubt it. I give it 3 days before Kobe stares down a rookie and tells them that they will never have more talent then Kobe's little finger. Team Chemistry about to collapse once again....
