Hi Guys

I'm gonna head over from New Zealand to this event in 2015, what is the best way to get tickets and accomodation and the best prices? go for a package or just have more spending money and just go to all star sat night and the sunday all star game. Anybody been to one of these?

Cheers for your help!

I'm assuming the best way to get tickets is by using google and figuring out which website is offering the best prices.

Tickets are not onsale yet. So how would anyone know? The event won't be a package deal unless by brokers who buy both. the Brooklyn one will be easier most likely to get tickets to because so much of the arena is Brokers so they will have mroe tickets on stubhub and such (in addition to it being an easier ticket).

Come back after tickets are announced probably near season end.

As far as price, staying in Brooklyn near Barclays will be shitloads cheaper than Manhattan. You probably can stay in hotel for waht will be hostel price in Manhattan.

2015? Ask in 1 year, who knows if the hot places will be there a year from now.

the allstar game has it's own twitter site for upcoming information. I used it when they were in Orlando.

It's a must have for scheduling signing time etc etc.

They just recently (a month or so) talking about the New Orleans info for next year. I would find it on twitter and Follow.

Now Speaking for NY I would love to come back home for that. probably near the end of this I would use Hotwire/Priceline to lock in some good prices. I've had good luck when I go back to NYC and get really good deals for 3-4 star hotels.

I paid 600+ for Vegas, and the seats weren't very good either. I think they are generally 500+. Just the game.

The entire weekend has to be over a grand.

All-star games are always terrible. At least the event is in NY so you'll have plenty of things to do after the crapfest is over.

Every city and every event is different. Everyone has told you it's too early so why are you still asking now, especially getting all pissy?

This is perfect stage for Melo to make history, most points in all-star, it's worth coming you won't regret :applause:
