Rookie Season: 20.9ppg/5.5rpg/5.9apg - 28.2%

Now: 25.5ppg/6.7rpg/6.5apg - 29.3%

Putting up good numbers with a pretty low usage.

Coach Spo tryin to keep Bron as fresh as possible for the playoffs. They're stacked enough that they don't need him for the regular season, but they will need him for the playoffs.

This is a good post. The last NBA team with four straight NBA Finals appearance was the 1984-1987 Boston Celtics. Lebron is averaging 31 ppg, 5 rpg, and 5 apg in his last 2 games. I think he'll gonna increase his usage percentage as the season progresses.

Its cause Wade has been dominant while Bron has been off the court. With healthy Wade this season the Heat are actually a lil bit more productive as a team when Bron is off the floor and Wade is in with the 2nd unit. Not to mention while they are both on the floor they both dominate the game in multiple ways.

Haha wade averaged 15 ppg on 45%, Bosh averaged 12 ppg on 44% in last year's playoffs. They were all stars in the regular season, not in the playoffs. Lebron won 2013 with no other all stars on his team.

except that he did win in 2013 with 2 all stars on the team, one which also made an all nba team..

Wade put up 20/4/5/2/1 on 48% in the finals.

Defenses were ignoring wade in the playoffs, and lebron was going out of his way to get him going, so wade's impact was worse than his numbers indicate.

Well might as well only play him 20 minutes a game then. Heat would still be able to get the 2nd seed in the weak east without LeBron.

No I'm contesting why a Lebron fan whom I assume thinks he's the best in the league would celebrate Lebron playing a smaller role in the Heat's offense.

Why even suit up until the ECF? Wade and Bosh can get past a couple of sub .500 teams I hope.

:facepalm

"As high as possible" does NOT equate "at a career high".
Has it ever occurred to you that maybe, for Miami's standards, it currently is as high as possible? Would LeBron having usage %'s as high as Iverson's, TMac's, Kobe's in mediocre teams, even Jordan's in mediocre teams prove anything more than that he dominates FGA's and TO's? Heck, usage rate doesn't even account for assists...

Usage % doesnt tell you jack shit. Its something like the % of the teams turnovers and shot attempts a player creates.
