The best thing about this was the recovery time. It was a 2 on 1 fastbreak and Oladipo just smashes his shit.

Not close to block of the year. Ball was 9 foot off ground.

Not really. Blindside block. Oladipo has actually had chasedowns exactly like that one too. Oladipo was on a 2 vs 1 fastbreak and he had to recover quickly and block a dunk. Good dunk, but definitely not bette.

Not to mention Oladipo jumped off his standing vertical and Lillard had all the momentum. It's not even close.

That was awesome.

I would say that the McGee dunk is the better one just because he also rebounded it in one fell swoop.

Not even the best block of the game. Thomas Robinson and Batum had better blocks in the 4th quarter. Lillard has a tendency to try dunk attempts that probably need to be lay ups. If should have got body and the foul.

The other blocks posted in the thread are no where close to Oladipo's, as mentioned Lillard had the momentum and for anyone who's played basketball it's obvious that blocking a shot when someone is heading directly towards you is really hard.

And the most spectacular thing about the block is that Oladipo did it so clean, all ball.

That was sooooooooooooooo.................... D Wade like.

So we officially have had Foye, Waiters, Stuckey, Westbrook, Rose, Wall, and Olidipo who have admitted at one time or another that they modeled their games after Wade. I think Olidipo can get the closest out of all of them. Wall could still end up the better player though.

Easy there.. that's extremely unlikely, even for someone as talented as Wall..

I can't find it but Larry Sanders block/rebound where it looks like the most casual thing in the world is my favorite this year. Dipo's is more impressive though because it was a defensive stop of a 2 on 1 and he didn't do a chasedown (I'm not that impressed by blocks that the guy can't see you coming I prefer skilled over athletic blocks)

Should I have been more negative and off topic then? Because you certainly are whenever you come into any Laker thread saying "Lakers suck lol!" repeatedly.
