Yup Joel got paid (3.8mil + 3.8 player option next year) and two rings. Spo wouldn't even play him garbage time minutes. They save 10mil. They get Toney Baloney Douglas who is great off the bench, great defender great 3 pt shooter. Miami already plays Chalmers and Cole on the court at the same time on occasion because Wade is inconsistent and so is Ray Allen, they are old and could use the rest too.

They should think about moving James Jones, they don't play him either even though he's won the 3pt contest awhile back, but probably because of the lack of defense Spo can't put him in. Package James Jones with Rashard Lewis or something for another trade for 1 guy. Make room on this roster for maybe Bynum if he will come to his sense and be more humble..then Miami would consider him.
