View Full Version : Bynum to Miami chatter is getting loud here in MIA.

Everyone is talking about it down here. All our media and radio guys are on it, and a few of them are saying Bynum to Miami is a done deal.
Apparently, after trading away our Center Joel Anthony, our new acquisition Toney Douglas is going to get dropped, to make room for Bynum.
Le Batard (on the radio): "I was told by someone very close to the organization, that I trust, that Toney Douglas will probably not be with the Heat very long."
Chatter down here is, it's already been agreed upon. If they are right, Bynum could be in a Heat uniform after all, sons!!!!! I hope it happens, I'd be so stoked!

The salty Kobetards/Lakers fans crying about stacked teams is pathetic. I didn't see the indignation when they landed Dwight and Steve Nash last year.

Bynum is available.
Miami suddenly trades our healthy Center away, and then activates Greg Oden to see how far along he is.
Coincidence?

you do realise riley has been trying to move Anthony for months, well years. I doubt this means anything. If he wanted Bynum then he likely wouldn't of kept Mason. Will see I suppose.

Bogut + Bynum would be a beast rotation at C.

Imagine for a second if Oden can play 10-15 mins per game in the playoffs and they get Bynum.
Stern needs to block thsi from happening. :facepalm

Don't blame Pat Riley for being an excellent GM and start getting mad at your team's GM for not making your favorite team better.

I bet reason Why Oden get a whirl tonight is to see if they really need to sign Bynum or just stick with Oden but having Both wouldn't hurt..

This team is full of vets, and you got Pat, so I think they can keep his shit straight. I would take the risk. He's not going to ruin the team. Beasely was a headcase and he's turned it around.

It's true. Most people talk about the Heat more than their own team. They talk more about LeBron in one day than I talk about him in a month.

I would keep Douglas and waive Roger Mason jr. We need more speed if Bynum joins us
ispin69
01-15-2014, 09:23 PM
Yeah if Oden couldn't play 10mins like he did, they would have been more desperate for Bynum. Now that we see Oden can play 10-15mins, they can leverage that and say if Bynum wants to be on this team, he needs to take vet min. Just glad they moved Joel Anthony. Now they can waive Tony Douglas or Roger Mason Jr. Maybe even James Jones.

Correct! U also some of Doc's Sixers teams in the 70's and the 83 title team too that were extremely stacked. And some of those Showtime teams in the early 80's were crazy deep too!

Yes and the NBA had 30 teams int 70's and 80's, so yeah it's very intelligent comparison.

Hatred has made you retarded, is that not the job of a GM? Is a team supposed to stop getting better and give itself the best chance possible to win the title? :facepalm
"We only have a 50-50 shot against Indiana but let's not make ourselves better so it'll be more unpredictable and more fun for the fans" right?

Those 80's Sixers, Lakers and Celtics teams also had to face each other every year. There is no team in the league today even remotely close to the Heat in terms of talent.

Always funny, to me, to see Lebron's fanboys getting mad when people talk about his incredibly stacked team (when compared to the rest of the league) then they go ahead and mention Magic's Lakers and Bird's Celtics, basically contradicting themselves because they had to face each other. :oldlol:
Even more apparent when also mentioning the 80s Sixers (Bucks really underrated though), Bad Boys Pistons or Jordan's Bulls(early years).
Going against something by making it even more obvious. You're not doing it right. :oldlol:

**** me there's chatter? Chatter? And it's loud? Shut it down, give em the trophy right now.
Seriously though, Miami needs to shut the **** up and enjoy the most stacked team in the league, until they get fornicated in the playoffs by Giannis.
