Nets have had almost a week off so it'll be interesting to see how ready they are.

It's important once it starts, but you really shouldn't plan players coming back around it. I'd call it a coincidence if it wasn't the same last time where they were talking about Deron coming back at that time, not coming back. I wish i could say the Knicks are this team to get up for but that's delusional.

Joe Johnson has been so good in 2014. Just taking on much more of a scoring load. Pierce always starts slow but picks it up in the second half. We need some Terry threes. More importantly though, we need to improve our defense.

He would have been a good forward had Brook carried the defensive and rebounding load like he should have. The real change is Pierce at the four. No four can guard him and it's creating mismatches across the floor. We can't make a deep post season run grinding KG like this though. Maybe try a trade for Monroe or Noah.

Just came back from the game a few minutes ago. Game was great, didn't know there were so many basketball fans in England! We were too high up for my iphone 5 to get any good pictures, but the crowd camera showed that Paul McCartney and a bunch of Arsenal and Chelsea football players were here. I spotted David Stern and Adam Silver, and after the game, we went down to the bottom seats to snap some pics. Here's one of Deke and Steve smith:

I shouted 'Dikembe!" at hime and he waved at me lol. Basically the highlight of the game for me, apart from Korver finally making that 3 and the crowd going wild. There were more Nets fans than HAwks, but overall the crowd cheered for every single basket.

I hate to say it but I don't want Deron back right now. The Nets are a mist an easy stretch and if we get Deron back and still lose those game it will crush the morale of the Nets. When he's on a roll we're very good but the Nets are playing so well he is bound to screw that up. Alan has had a sort of rough offensive game but his defense has been good. Also, Alan is good with the starting unit because he doesn't need to have plays ran for him.
