Everyone uses "Kobe running Shaq out of town" as a reason to hate Kobe. So let's see, Kobe has a huge running feud with Shaq, the "most dominant player ever," even calling him out in public, and eventually wins the battle by having his team trade Shaq.

Meanwhile, Lebron yells at...Mario Chalmers. Then apologizes because a camera saw him.

Yeah, I'm sure Kobe would be Lebron's sidekick.

For the players who love distributing the ball just as much, if not more, than scoring (Magic, LeBron), it's hard to ever really give them the Batman unless they are the clear cut better player which I don't see in these comparisons.

I chose Carter over McGrady not because I think Carter was better at his peak/prime, but in their Raptor days McGrady seemed comfortable playing behind Vince. He was much more into it on the defensive end thanks to not being the no.1 scoring option and I think their game fit well together at the time. I know T-Mac left because of wanting to be the no.1 option with Orlando but I saw in interview last year where he was saying if he stayed with Toronto, and he and Vince stayed injury free that in hindsight, he thinks they could have been championship contenders.

It also would have been very interesting to see Isiah with a dominant big man like Malone. I think he would cater more to the PG style if paired with Malone and his assist numbers would inflate creating the illusion of him being the Robin, but that's more of a 1a/1b situation than any of the others imo.
