Will Lance Stephenson get offered a Max Contract this Offseason?

Lance is a great player but I don't think he's a Max Contract player. Is there a team desperate enough for a good player to offer him the Max?

This is a little reactionary to a great game. I think most organizations will take into account some maturity issues and that he needs a stern, veteran team to really do his best. $10 million per, IMO, unless the Bulls decide to act like a big market and just outbid the Pacers (rumors were he was 'plan B' to Melo/Bron)
