I've never humped the air as an exercise before, but I just did some humping at jackrabbit speed for 30 minutes straight. Great workout to fine-tune those muscles of passion and hone the fast-twitch fibers. Which muscles are included in this exercise? Glutes? Hamstrings? Lower abdominals? What am I missing?

You have sex daily though? Don't you change up speeds, stop 'n start, etc. in the actual act?

It'll boost your performance to jackrabbit hump for 30 minutes straight as solo exercise.

All you need to do is make sure you can last longer than 30 minutes.

Just lay back and let them do all the work. I'm too old to be doing everything.

If you do squats it will make your humping stronger because your training glutes and the legs, which are needed in the art of humping. Depending on the position you might need a stronger core so you have to train those flabs you call abs and your back. You only need to work your forearms if you finger them but mostly you don't need to work out your arms at all...

But you use glutes, quads, back, abs and hamstrings.

yes, pretty much. Working out makes yo better at having sex because you can give it to her harder and not get tired of windy as fast.

True. I'm too lazy to workout. Trying to get back into it just not motivated like I was when I was younger.

Yeah, it is hard to get back into the gym after years of not doing so. What I do is I would think "I am only going to do 20 mins today". And then do exactly that, most of the time I end up doing more...

What I'm talking about is a cardio-specific exercise. Going to the gym and working out every muscle group is beneficial but it won't enhance the motion itself like intensive, focused repetition of it will. That would be like saying, "To become a better sprinter, there's no need to actually sprint. Just go to the gym and workout and it will give you more sprinting power."

Humping the air for 30 minutes straight will yield benefits from simply working out muscle groups or having sex like you normally do where positions are changed and intensity varies.
