He's averaging almost 11 ppg on 45.4 FG%, 9.1 apg, and almost 3.0 rpg in 13 games for the Lakers this season.

D'Antoni basketball often inflates PG stats. Nothing new here.

Marshall is legit from what Ive seen , the guy drops 10 asst without even really trying.
Imagine if we surround him with better pieces.

Since we traded Jordan Crawford, Phil freaking Pressey is averaging 9.5 apg. Anyone can put up stats on a bad team.
He's playing 40 minutes per game. :confusedshrug:
Dantoni does this to all Point Guards.
Underrated coach.

Its not the dantoni system he is a good point guard not elite but a good one. Dude could always pass and in college his team couldn't win without his play and leadership.

To be fair, he has shot the ball pretty well except for a few games and his passes have been on point, especially to Pau inside, and he's not that turnover prone either. He looks a lot better than Lin does. Not that good of a scorer, but he's a much better passer.

I feel like if he was more aggressive going to the cup he'd average more.
If that 3pt shot becomes constant he'll be scary a couple years from now.

D'atoni is good with bad teams, but he's can't get good teams over the line. :lol
no pun intended

The D'Antoni system also turned the Cavaliers into a 120 point team in 4 quarters as well. :oldlol:

He was very vital to his UNC team and felt pretty bad for his situation in Phoenix. He'll be a solid starter in the NBA imo.

MDA makes bad teams decent and good teams terrible.
Yup even Steve Blake is having a career year.

Go back and check Steve Blake stats when he started PG for Dantoni. He was way better than his true self.
no pun intended
