you gotta love that Oklahoma fight Durant has instilled in himself

W/O Westbrook Kevin Durant is like a one armed man in a fight, yet he still continues to stomp a mud hole on the rest of the league :applause:

Got blocked pretty hard by Robin Lopez at the end but still putting up a monster first half. 20 points on 8-11 or something.

Nah he got blocked by Batum from behind on the double team after absolutely pump faking Lopez out of his shoes. Durant is playing at a level I've literally never seen right now. He is just destroying everyone, getting to every sweet spot at will and knocking down the shots. He's literally become unguardable.

If he has a second half as good as the 1st, he'll move into #3 all time for PER & WSp48 for a single season

That's a loss. If Fudge is calling you a goof for glorifying Durant, it's time to stop.

My bad it was Batum. Durant will probably finish with around 35-6-5 tonight.

Average night for him :lol

Since Christmas, Durant is averaging just under 39 points per game.

Is it bad that I want Westrbook to stay injured? This guy is averaging like 38ppg this month. Probably the most impressive scoring tear I've seen since I started watching basketball. Makes up for missing Jordan.

I heard "weeks" but I don't know what that means exactly. Hope coaches are extra careful and let him sit out till April or something just to be safe.

Other than Jordan I'm not sure there's a better perimeter/wing scorer in NBA history than Durant.

He's averaging almost 40 a game on 68 TS%. This is stuff of legends.

I've watched Kobe's career since 2001. I've seen Iverson, Tmac, Kobe, LeBron, and Shaq all on their best streaks. Durant right now is scoring better than any of them. He's like 2 ppg off of Kobe's best volume month, but he's doing it on way less shots and is shooting better from everywhere.

very impressive, but..

Kobe 2007: 4 straight 50 pt games including twp 60 pt games, 60 point game and 50 point game b2b nights. 43 points the next night and 2 days later 50 points again..

Eighteen 40 point games overall, TEN 50 point games, two 60 point games for Kobe in the 2007 season..

Durant has 3-4? 50 point games in his entire career, Kobe had 4 of em in consecutive games..

cmon this is more impressive. Kobe has no pressure to win games while durant has so he has to play within the flow.
