View Full Version : I was scared of Bosh this game and not Lebron...

Any Laker fan on here feel the same way? We couldn't stop him and it seems every time he touched the ball and shot it, it was a swish.

Lebron had a good game but it was like a role player having a career game. Didn't scare me as much as a Laker fan. He got his but it didn't have an impact like Bosh.

Bosh played a great game against Lakers today. He even influenced his team mate to step his game up. Heart & Soul of Miami Heat. :applause:

Highest scorer on the Heat today and 0 turnovers. 68% FG. He is the man to fear. Seems like the torch has been passed to him as the leader of the Heat.

I have said this for the past two years that Miami's offense should go to Bosh first. Inside outside game rather than the other way around.

Lebron is going to get his. The only thing he's dominant at these days is ball dominant. He's very efficient this year. Efficient like a 6th man, think of him as Nick Young except he's a glorified version.

Statistics more accurately measure a player's ability to perform a certain role than they measure a player's ability.

Best player in the league by far, why isn't he running away with the MVP? He's on pace to surpass Kareem Abdul Jabbar in Win Shares per 48 with .999 after tonight's game. He's on pace to surpass Wilt in PER with a staggering 49.46 after tonight's game. All this on a career low usage rate of only 0.1 percent. One more 30 point game and he's #1 all-time, passing the great MJ.

Well it's one game so we can't say he is the best in the league yet. However, we can say that he's the best player on his team now. We'll start there.

So today's generation of fans believe FG% is the only factor? :facepalm

Of all my years watching basketball nobody uses "efficient" to describe a player. Not MJ, Magic, Kobe, Bird, Kareem and Hakeem.

Since the introduction of PER, from Hollinger, this adjective, efficient, has been used to describe players today. Efficient was used to describe role players back in the day.

I am trying to help you kids so you don't sound stupid when discussing the game of basketball with adults.
