She's a woman who achieved money and fame by getting railed in front of a camera. I don't like generalizing about people and I'm sure there are some really intelligent, insightful, interesting people in porn, but I can't be shocked that this one turned out to be a drug addled, incoherent mess when her lady parts were no longer interesting to look at.

If this is a put-on, she picked the wrong field. Unfortunately, I've accidentally seen her "acting" while searching for the remote in between sex scenes. I doubt she's capable of such a diabolical scheme.

Performance art acting comes easier than scripted acting for some, especially after getting wasted to intentionally become a spectacle. She's obviously wrestling with personal issues, but part of all this is a desperate attempt to grab headlines.

I've seen her during live webcam shows, and she's generally far more lucid. I don't know what her ultimate goal from all of this is. It likely is one big waste of time on her part, but there is a grand scheme at work.

Not porn's fault. Their lives would have headed in that direction even if they hadn't decided to sign with an adult talent agency. A lot of their problems stem from their delusion about what they can get out of porn (lofty ideals of stardom to be achieved). If they approach it knowing the limitations, they can actually be quite normal and healthy individuals post-retirement.

For the record, I have nothing against porn. I think prostitution should be legalized and regulated just like any other legitimate business.

But, there is no denying that porn can attract an inordinate number of people with personal problems. Especially in America, women tend to look at sex as something that's intensely private and personal. It takes a "different" kind of person to broadcast it to the world.

Like I said, I'm sure there are some really cool, interesting, smart, normal people in porn, but I'd also bet there is a large segment of the industry that is made up of broken people.

Speaking of retired pornstars, I saw Victoria Allure tonight at a restaurant with her man and two children. Beautiful kids. She's put on quite a bit of weight in her lower body and is no longer tastefully thick like she was in her prime.

for what it is worth I believe Jenna actually made her fortune on the business side of things...and not by actually doing porn herself

She is worth millions which is not at all common with women in porn...she is a very rare example of a porn star that actually used her brain to get rich
