Lame. Post his stats against DeMarcus Cousins.

Orlando doesn't have anybody in their front line.

21/11 and 16/6.

But teh 16/6 game was part of a minor slump for him. He had 14/8 the next game. I think he broke out of the slump tongiht doe :oldlol:

i remember suggesting at the start of the season that he could be a 20/10 guy and he's proven that. oh and he's sprinkled 3.0 blocks on top of that, leading the league by a considerable margin.

will be an MVP/DPOY candidate in a couple years...

How do you guys think he compares to KG so far? How much better do you think AD will get?

Will be clear cut best player in the league after Lebron steps down from the throne.

Hw will be a better shot blocker than KD. That's it.

Next year in fantasy basketball is Davis a top 3 player right along with Durant and Lebron?

You could make an argument that Davis could be even higher than Lebron, since King James seems to be coasting through the regular season, and that may be a trend for next year.

Again, this is fantasy talk.

Dude's already arrived as one of the best in the game this year. Doesn't get much shine, but he's a legit beast.

He'll have a truly terrifying prime it seems, perhaps the likes of which we've never before seen.

I dont think so. His offense doesnt look like he will evolve into a championship caliber first option.

I hate stat lines like this for any player, if your to say 20 15 and 5 then I would be just fine with that, but anyway not to detract from the big accomplishment he went beast there today

How do you guys think he compares to KG so far? How much better do you think AD will get?

At 20yrs old:

Garnett - 17pts/8reb/2.1blck/1.4stl/3.1ast/.499%/38.9 mins
Davis - 20pts/10.2reb/3.0blk/1.5stl/1.3ast/.518%/35.4 mins

I'd say he's tracking pretty well.

I think his peak ppg/rpg will be no higher than 25ppg 13 rebounds. Expect it to be something like 24p/12r/3a with 2.5-3blocks and 1-2 steals with 50% fg and 80% foul line. Very KG-like, give him a good supporting cast, and a quality coach and you've got yourselves 50+ win seasons at the least.

A hard question is whether Davis will be better than KG defensively? Davis might have the better Steals and Blocks stats but KG is as quality as it comes on D regardless of steals/blocks

i love this kid's game. i hope the Pelicans get better pieces around him. it would be such a waste if he would waste his prime on a shit team like KG did.

I still can't believe the insane jump he's taken this year. I never would've thought he would become this good, this soon. He's going to be an elite, top 5 player for years very, very soon.

He seemingly has it all, let's hope the Pelicans can all stay healthy, their roster has crazy talent. They really just need to get a legitimate big man next to AD or have Ryno healthy for a change. I still think AD is better suited as a PF rather than a C though but in this league who knows.

24/10 by maybe next year.

Hmm. I dunno about all that. Anything is possible, but I don't know why people believe dudes will keep adding to their stats.

I think if he stays at 20 10 that's amazing. Someone like Big Al could get you 20 10 maybe, but a guy like AD getting 20 10 is different because he can do so much more.

Will be interesting to see if he really does get better than KG, too. I remember saying I didn't think dude would ever be a franchise player, and I am still unsure. He's definitely a vital piece, though.

He's 20 years old and has room to add a lot of muscle to his frame. He also doesn't even have a great low post game, which is something that guys usually develop after being in the league for a while. There's no reason to think he won't improve significantly, particularly in terms of his scoring numbers.

His defense, ironically, is merely solid at this point. Tremendous potential though,

Davis will take over as the best player in the NBA after Lebron's era.

Between Davis, Drummond, Cousins, Howard, and possibly Embiid we could be seeing a resurgence at the center/true PF position. It's really good for the NBA
