At the least top 10. At the very most he could be 2-4 if he wins several more championships and plays at an elite level into his mid-30's.

Top 10, lowest being 10. Highest being 5-6 range.

In what world do MVPs even matter.
Cmon man, Shaq has 1, Kobe has 1, Hakeem has what? 1?
MVP is worthless, it has no real criteria and is voted on by frickin espn analysts.
You just don't respect greatness, do you.
Hakeem dominated Shaq, Hakeem and Robinson in PO.
Who has LeBron dominated in the PO besides 75 year old PP and KG? He hasn't beaten anybody in their prime on a big stage. Look at the context, not only at the numbers.

4-8 would be my reasonable guess. MJ/Kareem/Wilt are my top 3 and guys I don't think he'll pass. Just by having his current accolades and getting the customary 1st teams/all star games/stats he'll move up from his current 10 or so to 8 at least.

That's your only argument to the fact that it has no criteria and is voted on by analysts, who show day by day that they lack knowledge and have their biases.
If it was voted on by players like it once was, or at the very least coaches, yeah, you'd have a point.
And yes, Kobe's mvp is completely worthless, all that matters is winning, because you play the game to win

Yeah, so you judge each player by how much they add to winning. Not simply how much winning their team does alone. Bosh has done a lot more winning than Durant. Durant adds more to winning than Bosh does though.

Durant has no "winning" yet. Yeah, he has some great stats and regular season wins. You are judged by how much you've won and how much you've contributed to winning, not by awards for greatest story of the season.

I'm delusional? You mention Robert horry and Kobe in the same sentence as a leader lol.
LEADER rings are what makes you a great. The saddest part is that every LeBron fan knows what we mean when we say 5>2, but they still pull that horry>everybody hurr durr card. It's just sad, let go of your agenda, man.
I consider Russell to be the GOAT, why is that so absolutely not true? You say that like he has no case, and he does.
Anybody who puts a lot of stock in MVP ranking all-time greats just screams "I AM A CASUAL FAN" to the world.

I don't think Lebron will ever be in the GOAT conversation with MJ, Kareem, and Russell because he won't gather enough titles and major accomplishments.
He will likely end up in Tier 2 with Magic, Bird, Wilt, and Shaq IMO.

Yeah we can say that LeBron will be in his tier when he gets four, as the first one wasn't as impressive due to injury. Although his impact defensively was immeasurable and he had a GREAT WCF that year. Look at the context man, it's what seperates casual fans from hardcore fans

In a sense Kobe was more valuable to the three peat team due to being a point guard, best defender (top 5 in the world at the time) and a 1/2nd scoring option on any given night.
4 out of 5 are leader rings for Kobe, he averaged like 25/5/5 through the three-peat, which only MJ has done

then there goes the mvp argument.
wouldnt be too sure about placing shaq ahead of kobe when kobe found more/similar success without shaq than the latter did without kobe.
dont forget that prior to shaq joining LA, he had the honor and the privilege to, along with penny hardaway and dennis scott, get swept by olajuwon and the rockets in the finals.

i agree but the top 10 all time rankings is much more about longevity than it is about peak. it takes a special player to be able to have sustained success for such long periods of time and we both know that in terms of longevity kobe is well ahead of shaq.
that's what makes the top 5 completely impenetrable
mj > magic > larry > kareem > kobe
also take into account that each of these players were omnipresent in their respective decades (aside from kareem who spans nearly 3 different decades) and you have unmatched longevity, talent, and wins between them.
