Heat just destroyed Spurs. They have 3 days rest. OKCs on a 7 game win streak. Its in Miami who has their WHOLE roster. Porkins will start like always since Scott Brooks is a fcking fakkit and Porkins always digs a hole for the rest of the team to try to climb out of.
Calling it now im never wrong about this
How can the defending champions be a "trap game"? :facepalm

If the heat win it won't be majorly because of lebron, but everyone else being hot.Yet lebron will still get ALL of the credit.

OKC without Westbrook should never be favored against Miami regardless of how well KD is playing.
If OKC wins then KD officially passes LeBron on the all time list. If they lose, it was expected and KD is still the best on the planet and clear cut MVP.

Durant doesn't have much to lose unless he just completely plays like shit, which would be surprising.

It will be hyped as LEBRON VS DURANT SHOWDOWN but Lebron will have the usual stats and Bosh/Wade/a roleplayer will have a big game and lead the Heat to the win.
Then ESPN and ISH will blow everything out of proportion as if Bron locked down on Durant and singlehandedly carried the team on his back.

It's up to Durant to keep OKC in it, Miami should be controlling the game for the most part with a healthy 5-10 point lead, depends on which team gets hot. I could see Lebron trying harder and maybe taking over 20 shots to get himself back into the MVP race, I'm not sure if he will outperform Durant, who is on a mean streak right now.
It could go either way, imo.

If Miami was smart, they would double team KD all game long. Their defensive rotations are solid enough to cause quite a few miscues, especially with idiots passers like Ibaka and Thabo on the floor. Perk too.
I dont know. I just think Miami as a team is gonna outplay us. LeBron's probably gonna get his. Durant definitely will. Up to the rest of these fckers.

Some kids in here need to learn to appreciate greatness wherever it comes from and stop hating whether it's kobetards, lebronstans etc. These guys(kobe, lebron, durant) don't come often and they won't be forever in the league. It's just a sport for god's sake

Trolling or "stanning" is a competitive sport in and of itself.
You need to understand that passively watching a sport is ****ing beta. Posting ruthlessly on a forum defending your favorite player = alpha.

Heat are way too stacked to lose to a Thunder team without Westbrook. Durant will get his, as usual, but there's only so much he can do against one of the most stacked teams in history when your second best player is Serge Ibaka..

Hamtaro calling people out on overreactions?
Lebron 38,12,10 in a win.. Durant 32,6,5 in a loss..
Would be extremely surprising.
Right now I'm wondering if he'll break 25 on 18 shots.

Let me teach ya.. Lebron will outscore Durant wed night and if he don't he all put up big assist and rebound numbers in a heat win.. Lebron has been paying attention hearing the Whispers in media and online about Durant overtaking him he will(or should) make a statement Wed night to remind people how good he is. U think he is gonna score 20 while Durant drops 40 in his building ? I find that hard to imagine.

It's going to be hilarious when the rest of the Kobe fans jump off his bandwagon again after another playoff exit. I've seen this movie before. :applause:
Some of you hicks talk a big game, but when it come down to it, you don't believe the thunder can really beat Miami in a series. Just false hope.

i personally fully expect the thunder to go to war with the heat. this isnt last year when westbrook went down mid-playoffs and the team had to figure it out on the fly. they've had time to adjust and scott brooks has made the team more defensive minded and they are able to actually run manageable half-court plays.
if the thunder win then it's good on them but if they lose then it's back to the drawing board.
the thunder should play a more grind-it-out style of basketball with more half-court sets designed to feed durant the ball near the low block and his sweet spots and have him pass out of the double team to shooters and slashers or rely on reggie jackson's penetration to set durant up near the hoop and have ibaka stretch the floor nearly out to the 3-point line which will then give the team elite spacing.
defensively the thunder have great length 1-4(similar to the pacers) which gives them great defensive potential. they will rarely find themselves mismatched and against the heat you can throw literally 5 different defenders on bran (sefolosha, durant, adams, ibaka and perkins) sefolosha is their best man defender, adams and durant can contain james on a switches while ibaka plays help D and perkins can come from the weak side if james decides to post up since perkins is their best post-defender by far. the number one thing the thunder cannot get caught up on is doubling either wade or bran as miami's biggest strength is their elite spacing and kicking the ball to their open shooters so their defensive game plan should be to isolate james on the right side of the court (his sweet spots are on the left block iirc) and if he penetrates too close to the hoop then you either punish him with a hard foul or put your arms straight up and contest without fouling but as long as the shooters never find their rhythm then the thunder shouldnt have much to worry about.
should be fun to watch.
