This. Just make sure your eating/sleeping/training routine is dialled so you get the full effect, good luck.

On a cold Friday afternoon, I had come home from school. I had been thinking of the gym all day. I was hungry, didn't have any lunch. In fact, I didn't eat because I spent the money. For the past month I was saving up for something. Something special which I bought at GNC. I was surprised they didn't ask for ID; I was pretty sure the cashier noticed how nervous I was. Anyways, my mom asked my how my day was when I got home, but I ignored her. I have more important things to do. I run to the bathroom and unpack my bag. In my school bag is a white plastic bag from GNC. I open the bag, first removing the receipt and flushing it down the toilet to get rid of the evidence. My heart was racing now. I unpack the creatine monster from the bag.

I wonder what people will be asking me when they see that I will be 50lbs heavier. Should I say I was just eating a lot? I remove the label from the tub and tear it into a thousand small pieces. I flush that down the toilet, too. It is time now. I run up to my room when my mom ask me what I am holding. I panic, sweat drips down my forehead and my teeth chatter. "Mom, it's just for a school project". "What project?" "I don't know mom I just started it!". A tear runs down my cheek. I run upstairs and open the creatine, scooping upservings into a clear water bottle. What have I gotten myself into? I fill it with water and drink it. There is no turning back now. The creatine monster is inside me now, it will control me. What should I do if I die? I cant let my family know about this.

I open the creatine tub and throw it all out the window; a white cloud of mysterious dust sparkles into the wind so graciously. I feel the substance taking control of me; I am now the monster. I walk downstairs, its time to work out; time to get big. Now I worry, I don't want to get too big; people will think I use steroids. I do use steroids. No I don't. Creatine. All I see is the weights now, I am almost downstairs when I hear "Do you want a cookie I just baked". I know I do not have time for this **** now. "No mom I do not want a cookie" I walk in the basement and drop to my knees before the weights, tears running down my cheeks. I turn to the right and look at myself in the mirror. Oh god, what have I done?

Friend of mine goes to the gym 4 times a week. His daily intake of calories must be around 5-6 thousand calories.

How do you suggest he does that?

Unless he eats MCDonalds 3 times a day, its very hard.

7 meals a day at around 800 calories is doable.

I do 7 meals a day at 500 calories.

You can dirty bulk but I try to do more of a clean bulk with lots of chicken, oatmeal, fish, veggies, fruits, sandwiches, nuts, etc.

Peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a cup of milk

12 Tyson chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce and green tea

Tuna and mayo sandwich w/ cup of milk or juice

Chicken breast or steak with seasoning and brown rice

Bowl of Raisin Bran cereal

That's just an example of one day. Like I said, I try to go for more of a clean bulk but obviously by looking at this it's not completely clean.

Roughly 3500, give or take a few hundred calories.

I only use whole wheat bread for the sandwiches, only whole milk (although if you want to cut some of the calories down you could go low-fat or skim)

Also you could substitute the chicken/steak for salmon or tilapia with some seasoning and lemon.

Just a question, what supplements are you on??

Because if I ate that many carbs, and cheese, and milk, and nuggets and jelly in 1 day, I would seriously need to do 1 hour of cardio everyday just to not blow up like a slob.

My diets (when working out) suck.

I try and count carbs and protein.

I'm doing at least 30 min cardio but my diet looks more like

Work out on empty stomach (5 days a week, lift+Cardio)

Come home, take Zero carb protein shake with banana (No milk. Only water)
Then an egg white omelette with veggies.

An apple, an orange, 30 grams of carbs worth of brown rice and chicken breast

Zero carb protein shake with water NO banana, and eat another fruit.

Salmon(or any other fish) with brown rice and raw vegetables

Chicken salad with Very little dressing. Add bunch of veggies.

Before bed- zero carb whey isolate protein with milk.

This is mon-Friday.
I have 1 cheat Meal a week where I go all out. Can eat whatever I want. Basically, depending on where I'm at, I'm usually at 50-100 grams of carbs a day. Shit sucks. And the only complex carb is brown rice that taste like shit considering I don't really like rice to begin with.

And that's basically my POS diet. I hate it. I hate cardio. I hate going 5 days a week, I hate prepping my meals. I can't stand it.
Thus, I haven't went hard in a long time.

However, when I get back into it, I get results very quick.

I'm actually starting Monday. After football season. Lol
Not going as strict with diet, but after a month I will be.

I'll jump on NO Xplode, a protein, and a fat Burner.

The best fat burner is too simply eat in a caloric deficit, most of the 'fat burning' supplements do so little it's not even funny. Eat clean, in a deficit and train hard 3 times a week and you'll see the best results. No cardio needed if your in a deficit.

Just one, it's a post-workout protein called Lean Pro Matrix. I only take it once after a lifting session with one omega-3 fish oil pill.

I have a crazy fast metabolism. Last fall I didn't eat correctly for 2 weeks and I lost 10 pounds. It's taken me a month of consistent eating and lifting to get back up to what I was, which is 191 lbs. (the largest I've ever been.)

Currently shooting for 200 lbs. :D
