so attracting more people to watch the superbowl is cancerous? I dont watch NFL at all but will tune into the superbowl to watch that game and watch the ads and im sure millions do the same just as they do for nba finals and whatever sport finals

i disagree 100%. superbowl ads are one of the few tv ads that still work because there is so much buzz and hype around them. even the super small slots that people buy get people talking about your business. and then there's youtube, where the ads can get several million hits over time post-superbowl.
