Why are you Americans not handing Amanda Knox back to Italy to serve her time for murdering an innocent British woman? Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Do the right thing for once.

It is a shame because for an American she is quite hot, but justice must be served.

Nah. I had no problem with y'all convicting her the first time. Then it was like "JK, you can go now" and now its like "No wait, you totally did it, come back!"

Don't think so :oldlol:

Knox is like her fellow University of Washington alum Hope Solo. Both are 5's who think they are 10's.

pretty much.

when they were interrogating her the first time, they were allowed to use abuse and limited torture in order to get her to finger the nightclub guy. apparently this is a-okay in italy.

the prosecuting attorney who came up with that bullshit 'satanic rituals' thing was himself facing charges and fines / prison.

analysis of the alleged murder weapon (amanda knox' kitchen knife) found that it did not match the wounds on the body. why did it have knox' traces on it... maybe it was because it was her kitchen knife?!

they already have a drifter-type guy in prison for the murder... a guy who fits the profile far better than knox and her BF.

pretty much nothing in knox' background, character, record or anything else fits the crime.

hey italian legal system-- go f-ck yourselves. you don't railroad american citizens that easily, you bunch of pitiful amateurs.

Either could sit on my face. Think of this way: 5+5=10.

Math and cold reason wins the day yet again.

That will all play in if the US ever sends her back... After all the legal steps have played out in Italy and the USA if the Italians demand extradition the State Department will certainly take a long hard look at the process and players involved

you think?

from the limited amount i've read, 1) the in-house procedures of an ally tend to be taken at face value, 2) refusing extradition to an ally has a political cost, and paying that cost may not be in the US' interest regardless of the details of the case.

meanwhile, knox and her family still have to live under the microscope, pay all these legal fees and so forth. IIRC her best defense against being in debt the rest of her life is her book, published last april.

life isn't fair of course, but i feel sorry for a young college person trying to complete their education overseas and basically having their lives wrecked by this collection of doofuses.

now i just read that the best-selling italian book about the case, the one that got italians and britains riled up especially, was in fact largely a work of fiction. :facepalm

I am sure I can find a site that can support my opinion but I am not that sad. Everybody knows that Americans are clinically obese who are obsessed with plastic surgery because they are so ugly.

Now send that bitch back to Italy you filth.

Actually from what I've read denial of extradition rarely has an effect on political relationships... Like some countries refuse to extradite to the USA if a death sentence could apply.. Here we have double jeopardy laws and the Italian courts clearly don't but it could be used as a argument against extradition

Anyways there's a long ways to go, her appeal in Italy being the first, and that could be a year away from starting up...

Reading a bit on the process here in the USA first the extradition is requested to the State Department.. they kick it down the road into the court system where Knox and her legal reps would argue various points of why it shouldn't be granted... then after all that it goes back to the State department with recommendations and they decide what to do from there legally and politically

Fascinating stuff, will be interesting to see how it all plays out over the coming months/years

I think double jeopardy will prevent any extradition.

You sound like a dumbass bro. Way to represent our country. If she really did it send her back to Italy.

From what I understand reading this thread it's pretty up in the air whether she was guilty or not.

Also could be a case of guilty by association, "why was she around with this creepy ass murderer dude"

Italians are assholes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012_Italian_Navy_Marines_shooting_incident_in_the _Laccadive_Sea). Keep Knox in the country.

WTF! FVCK Italy! scumbags. I didn't know this, that sh1t is outrageous. Yeah, let's keep Knox here, also that should be more publicized especially in response to Italians talking about "spoiled Americans" who face no consequences.

She is innocent. Italy is on a witch hunt. They don't care about truth or justice
