i just wish he could develop a better back to the basket game. It seems like all his points come from putback dunks, tip ins and alley oops.

i just wish he could develop a better back to the basket game. It seems like all his points come from putback dunks, tip ins and alley oops.I'm not too optimistic about his development in that regard. He just looks completely uncomfortable as a human being when he has the ball with his back to the basket. Perhaps he can develop a slight, Dwight-like jump hook, which would be admirable, but I have a hard time ever seeing him become a legitimate post threat, whether he commits to improving that portion of his game or not. He just seems to not have that natural ability to feel comfortable down there.

I think it will take a few years, Dwight used to play like that. Not saying he will develop an elite post game, but Drummond with delights post game is still an elite big man in today's league
