In general, I most enjoyed (in the sense the OP means) players who made passing fun and exciting, or players who could do exciting things with their handle that weren't absurd within a team/real game concept

I don't know if I could do 10, but without thinking about it too hard:

Bird
Magic
Mark Jackson
Jason Williams-Kings version
Webber/Divac-Kings version
Rondo
God Shammgod
Kidd

David Thompson deserves mention on that first list. John Lucas, John Drew and Lewis Lloyd also...

Maravich is easily better than Keon and Vin, and was an alcoholic.

Add Drazen to that phantom list.

"Fast" Eddie Johnson tops the rapist list.

"Fast" Eddie Johnson tops the rapist list.

Fast Eddie was a bad man:

Johnson battled a cocaine addiction for many years. After several suspensions, he finally checked himself into rehab in 1986. After he failed to follow through on mandatory counseling, the NBA banned him for life in 1987

Johnson's life continued to spiral out of control following his banishment from the NBA, being arrested and convicted multiple times for various offenses since expulsion, while admitting he had frequent drug problems which had initially cost him his career.

"Fast Eddie" Johnson's rap sheet numbered about 100 arrests and five stints in and out of the Florida prison system when in 2006, Johnson was arrested for burglary and sexual battery and molestation of an 8-year-old girl, while awaiting trial on charges of raping another woman.

In 2008, "Fast Eddie" Johnson was convicted of sexual battery of a minor under 12 and lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under 12. The counts carried a mandatory life sentence without parole. Johnson is currently incarcerated at Santa Rosa Correctional Institution.

damn, he wasn't even a bad player. averaged 19 one year being nba all star 2 times and once in a defensive team. :facepalm

And believe it or not muggsy bogues! There won't be another player like him in the L for a long long time. It's totally amazing what he did at 5 foot 3. Fast and could score layups in traffic with 7 footers trying to block them. I am sure he's had his share of shots blocked but there is no1 like muggsy .

That's one crazy mofo. Yea I was watching an early 80s game between the Hawks and the Celtics not long ago (pretty good squad with Roundfield, him, rookie Wilkins...), dude could ball. Disgraceful :facepalm

That reminds me of the other Eddie Johnson though, 6'7 SF, who got his indentity mistaken with Fast Eddie many times, played during the 80s too. Underrated player right there, a really good shooter/scorer, 6th man in 1989, I believe he holds the distinction of having scored the most career points of any player who was never an all-star.
