How would you have built around Iverson?

I argue with a close friend of mine regularly about Allen Iverson. It's my belief that, in spite of his greatness, his game was just not geared to winning it all. He was just too ball-dominant, to the point where he would naturally shoot his teammates out of rhythm. If you had to construct a semi-realistic team around Iverson using players from any era (which means not including any players "better" than him), what would be the starting lineup, and why?

Not sure about the starting lineup, but you need to give him:

1) Great defensive lineup (which he had).
2) 3 point shooting (not so much).
3) Unselfish second option who doesn't mind limited touches in some games, and can play off-ball. Preferably a guy who can spread the floor.

Honestly, the current Pacers team with AI swapped in for PG would be perfect. Defensive minded team that would probably benefit with an elite ball handler and scorer like AI. That team would be unstoppable.

It's very difficult to build around a player like Iverson, as great as he was as a 1st option. Not exactly in the same manners but also extremely hard to build around a dude like Pistol Pete.
