What wins the Western Conference this year? 55-57 games?

OKC now 39-11. To get to 55 wins all they have to do is go 16-16 in their final 32 games and 18-14 to go 57-25.

Which is absurd since they're likely going to end up playing about 30 games without Russ. Just another reason KD is the clear cut MVP right now: 20+ games without Westbrook and his team is 49-11 in a MUCH tougher conference than LeBron.

No doubt. It's quite amazing. I wouldn't be surprised if Westbrook rests a bit longer than expected with the way this team is doing without him. No point rushing him back. Make sure he's 100%, bring him back with just enough time before the playoffs to build a rhythm again.

Yeah, with some unexpected breathing room in the West, now, they could probably get away with resting him a little longer than needed. We're now 17-7 without Russ this year. Have to be honest, I didn't think we'd be able to do that well. Then again, I didn't expect Durant to go to this level this soon in his career, and I didn't expect Ibaka to finally settle in without Russ (who he really thrives off of) and play like a legit second option.
