That's some bad luck. Knicks missed 3 wide open threes.

RoseCity07

I just want to say that Mo Williams and Lillard have been awful together. Mo never finds Lillard open and he usually chucks up a bad shot. It's a terrible combo.

Clutch

Blazers really need to try to make a trade to improve their bench.

They have a great starting 5 but their bench sucks ass. Not as much as previous seasons but in the last 2 years the awful bench play was the main reason they missed the playoffs.

It's not so much about the fouls. Those allowed offensive rebounds are making me go crazy.

Yeah it's frustrating watching & rooting for the Knicks when they are on. They've got two championship pieces with absolute dog shit around them

RoseCity07

It truly amazes me the record we have with players like Joel Freeland and Robinson. There is a legit argument for both that they don't belong in the NBA. We need to get a real back up for Aldridge and Lopez.

Bad call on Melo. Ball don't lie on the tech FT.

RoseCity07

That amount of choke from Portland is making me sick:facepalm

How many free throw misses is that now? The game should be over.

Oh, and how can Knicks fans support JR Smith? He's a complete joke. He takes the worst shots. This team needs to get rid of him.

Can't even close out the lowly Knicks:facepalm

Blazers are for sure a first round exit team. I can't even imagine the turnovers Batum or Matthews will make trying to play hero ball on the biggest stage. Is it that hard to get it to Lillard?

Clutch

If the Knicks somehow pull it off and win it would be the most amazing win of the season. Not gonna happen though.

Mo iced it.
He was always good at shooting endgame FT's when on clippers.

@RoseCity07,

Not just this game, bro. He just doesn't get those superstar calls anymore. LeBron, KD, Wade, and a bunch of others would've got that call though.

Patrick Chewing
02-05-2014, 11:34 PM
Melo is not going to make a shot that's defended by 3 players. The better call was to give it to Smith or Hardaway Jr.

BlackVVaves
02-05-2014, 11:35 PM
Typical Melo game. Starts off strong, you're sitting watching the game enjoying how proficient he's playing the game. Ready to compliment him. He was shooting, what, 50-60% at the half?

Then, whether due to fatigue or just otherwise ineptitude, he scores 0 points in the 4 quarter and finishes the game 11-27.

Can't believe the sh*t Batum does. Foul JR Smith on his horrible attempt.

Draz
02-05-2014, 11:35 PM
Yeah @ Rose

You definitely should consider who would of gotten those calls though
Melo is known to drive to the rim be harassed and not get anything called. It's just his game though. .

Worst win of the year. Play your worst game and choke at the end. Still beat the Knicks. New York really sucks.

I feel sorry for Carmelo and his team. The referees don't really care about him. The officiating in this matchup does not qualify for good basketball. Im truly disgusted.

Fatigue would be my answer. 40 minutes every night... not to mention the stress of watching his team blowing chunks. They did start out well, but I knew to shut off the t.v. when they sent Aldridge to the line.
