just get a calorie counter app for your phone and plug in your foods before you eat/buy them.

Breakfast: Eggs and Turkey Bacon/1 slice of bread
Lunch: Chicken Salad
Dinner: Steak/Fish with healthy fats like avocado/salad or some cottage cheese for healthy fats.

For snacks, eat some nuts, canned tuna, protein shake, etc.

Basically, up your protein, keep your carbs lower. If you're going to have carbs, try and keep them before 2pm, and then rely on healthy fats for your source of fuel.

The thing about eating healthy, is its pretty bland, especially if you're trying to cut quickly like you are. You basically have to mix and match meats with vegetables most of the time. You won't get a lot of variety, but you can prepare it in different ways, and find stuff you like to eat.

JEFFERSON MONEY

Can I tell you a story?

Let me tell you a story.

I once had a Pakistani friend.

His name was Hassan.

For some odd reason he was 5'9 and 205 pounds. Mostly flab. Very active but simply could not resist the delicious cereals, fast food of american in addition to biryani.

But one day Hassan met a special someone.

His name was Money. First name Jefferson.

Hassan had been introduced to delicious but fattening cuisine at a young age and was a hefty 200 lbs. Hassan suffered from low energy. He was fairly charming but the local girls would poke his belly and that crippled his self esteem. Day in and day out he would dream of dunking a basketball, of macking on the ladkis, but he'd go to sleep sad.

Until jefferson came into his lfie and showed him the way.

But Jefferson knew the tricks of the trade. He knew how the digestive system worked. He knew about concepts such as INSULIN SENSITIVITY, and MACRONUTRIENT RATIO, and CURCUMIN, and timing

For the grand total price of 100$ I will give you a detailed diet plan. Others will charge you more. More for things that would only tailor to themselves.

BUT I, being an understanding fellow from a similar country; will CURTAIL your diet with special timings to E.N.S.U.R.E that you can fit in all the dishes that you love; the naans, the kebabs in a certain manner that will help you lose even MORE weight than simply eating spiceless food.

But wait I have a special offer!

If you weight I will incorporate a training regime that will get you to get whatever body you please in the shortest amount of time possible. Forget about the gym, forget about the bull, forget about hard work; this is ancient knowledge I'm offering here. Stuff that's hard to comeby.

And as always you have 90 days guaranteed or your money back, waseem.

100$. For a life-time change. And remember refundable.

don't do the no carbs diet bullshit if it's for weight loss. Your body losing weight quickly because it's burning up stores of things it actually needs and then when you eat carbs again you will just put the weight straight back on. Also can damage your liver and cause diabetes and issues ever eating sugars again.

Just exercise and stick to a low calorie routine.

I honestly think I would rather smoke crack to lose weight than eating healthy.

All these diets are so bland and nasty.

I can't believe people can stomach this stuff.

Not knocking anyone that's on these diets but I don't have the will power. I love foods that taste good

How many of your previous meals can you remember? Curious as to what you eat on a regular basis. Plenty of healthy dishes out there that are pleasing to the taste. The newfound energy and power you get from cleaner dieting will grow on you and make you start to view food primarily as fuel, and you'll start to gradually not even crave what you used to like.

It's not all yuck food...

I did a diet last month and lost 8 kilos and I'm just starting to ease off now. I wasn't fat but my bmi had me pushing overweight and I was eating a bunch of junk so I thought i'd get on top of it before I did start getting fat. Wasn't eating bland food I was just eating more home cooked meals and didn't eat any processed/frozen meals. Felt a lot better mentally and physically too, I've actually found now that I'm letting myself eat a bit of junk again in moderation I'm not even craving it and the idea of eating a big mac or whatever has been better than actually eating it.

had a fitness magazine that had a 5 day meal plan but dont know where it went but it mostly consist of egg whites/pancakes for breakfasts, chicken breast, salmon basically anything thats higher in protein with lower calories.

but seriously if you really want to lose weight you need to know your intake of calories and how much you need to sustain your weight and then from that deduct like 300 - 400 calories off that and you have yourself a solid weight loss plan

What is you current meal plan? Sometimes it's just a matter of switching out certain foods

I eat home food most of the time, i eat small bannana bread with milk for breakfast. Lunch I eat from my school. I come home from school and I'll have a small snack like a sandwich or bowl of cereal and Dinner is usually pasta with chicken.
I mildly work out like 1 hour a day for 5 days a week

Let me know what you eat. I'm not fat but I just wanna lose my gut.

Most of these plans I see online are bland.

To the other guy I pretty much eat whatever at the moment. Mostly chicken and fish.

If you got a list of stuff and how to prepare it that would be great.

Most of those diets are kinda pricey also

Banana bread and milk isn't going to cut it in the morning. You need a decent amount of protein to start your day, and a decent amount of slow release carbs to start off. Not sugary carbs like your milks or banana bread.

Eat with a similar plan to what I put up for you and you'll lose weight/add muscle, especially since you stated you workout enough during the week. Not to sound like I'm boasting, but I do know what I'm talking about when it comes to fitness/working out and healthy eating. I've been as heavy as 245lbs at a 10-11% bodyfat range, and in the single % at 210-225lbs range.

Don't start out with 5 meals. Start out with 3. 5 is too many for a beginner. Find out how many cals you burn a day at rest. Then eat 80 percent of that number of calories. You'll lose rate at a healthy rate.

Later on figure out your macros. 4 cals/ 1 gram protein, 4 cals/ 1 gram carb, 9 cals/ 1 gram fat. You can then figure out how many grams of fat, protein, and carbs you need based on a percentage of the calories you eat.

Ex. 1800 calories. 40 percent fat, 40 percent protein, 20 percent carbs

That's something like 180 grams protein, 90 grams carbs, and 80 grams of fat per day.

I'm trying to come up with meal plans myself but this is a good start.

any diet that is calorie deficit to what would otherwise maintain your weight is the quickest way to lose weight healthly. I mean you could eat like nothing for a week but water and you will lose any weight you want given you can survive the urge not to eat...

That is the best way to go about it. Go on too much of a calorie deficit and you lose muscle, and simple become a smaller looking version of yourself. By lose weight, I'm assuming you mean look in better shape? There is no point in losing weight if you're going to lose weight, but not look any better due to losing muscle mass as well.
This is typically common of women I see. They think they're doing it right simply because they're losing weight, but at the end of the day, they're losing the wrong type of weight and don't look any better. Its like the chicks who get shocked they lose weight while doing the lemon detox diet. Of course you're going to drop a shit tonne of weight just drinking lemonade... Anyone would, but you sure as hell aren't healthier or looking better because of it. You're just a tinnier version of the old you, and will look the same.
