Houston has landed the top free agent on the market 2 summers in a row. If they dont sign any more long term contracts they will have max cap room in 2015.

I knew he was traded but i forgot that he still had 1 year left on his rookie deal. For some reason i thought it was an SNT deal after his 4th season.
