Healthy is a debatable term strangely enough. I would cut out the oatmeal and bread because I don't eat grains, but a lot of people think that's an unhealthy choice. I disagree with them on that. However overall, that looks like a really good list :P
Ground beef + eggs + diced tomatoes + diced onions ='s a baller meatloaf. Preheat the oven to 375, should take about an hour and a half to cook depending on how much meat. Putting ketchup in the meatloaf is also very good.
