Websites that won't let you go back.

Talking about websites that try to sell you stuff and won't let you click a page back to google, but instead just have their homepage pop up over and over. Does anybody ever actually buy their shit just because they won't let you go back?

They might get more ad revenue. If people can't go back they might click an ad to get out.

In Firefox, you can go back by holding down the back button until the list of previous pages shows up and then clicking the page you want.

In Chrome, just right-click the back button and your last ten pages or so you visited pop right up and you can choose Google or whatever.

Usually clicking "back" twice quickly will get you out of that.

For some sites you still can't though. It's very obnoxious and annoying that's for sure.
