View Full Version : Reason for why Bynum was kicked out of Cavs practice

Brujesino

The Cavaliers took a chance on him with a low-risk, incentive-laden contract that could have been worth up to $25 million over two years, but things ended with a messy divorce that saw Bynum traded to the Bulls for Luol Deng, who is likely to leave at the end of this season as an unrestricted free agent.

The details surrounding Bynum

It amazes me people still give him contracts based on, "if hes healthy he'd be a beast" or "if he gets his act together".... no one is gonna make him do any of those things. He's set his mind, he doenst wanna play basketball. Just intends to cash in on stupid general managers and naive hopeful front offices.

The biggest question to me regarding Bynum is why he's so disrespectful to teams that are willing to pay him millions of dollars. You don't have to be grateful but you should at least be professional. It makes no sense.

The details surrounding Bynum’s dismissal in Cleveland have remained murky until now, with the team perhaps not wanting to disparage the big man’s reputation any further while they tried to deal him out of town. Now that he’s gone, however, we finally know exactly what behavior ultimately pushed the Cavaliers over the edge.

Amazing, mainly because of the level of blatant disrespect doing something like this would show to both teammates and coaches.

Can you imagine?

Inbound pass to Bynum after a made basket, and instead of giving it back to the point guard to bring it up the floor, he launches an 80-footer. That’s obviously the most ridiculous scenario, but given the fact that it caused the team to cut ties with Bynum altogether, it’s probably not that much of a stretch.

Can you imagine doing that on a team coached by Popovich? :biggums:

He doesn't get it..

He's clueless, he thinks he's special and can do whatever he wants to do.. from his problems with every coach he's ever had to his LA neighbors who are suing him, having his car towed for parking in a handicapped spot AFTER having been cited for parking in the exact same spot before

It's never one big thing but over time you see this picture of a person who's basically flipping the world off

Bynum is just a child whos got a free pass in life... Deep down inside hes afraid of trying and failing so he pretends he doesn't like basketball. Thats what little kids do when they lose at stuff. 10 years from now hes going to have a huge realization that he wasted his young adult life and get all depressed because hes a useless human being. I mean cmon, talk about a person being completely worthless.

1. Amico just makes stuff up on a regular basis;

2. His tweet, as usual for Amico, is completely contradictory. Bynum is being a good soldier about his time with the Cavs, then throws a barb at the team's best player?

Classic Amico.

Bynum's breakout season with the Lakers was probably one of the greatest cons in NBA history. He NEVER played at that level before, and somehow managed to make it through the season injury-free. For that brief moment his value sky-rocketed and he appeared to be one of the elite centers in the NBA. Now, based solely on that one season, teams are willing to take a chance on him in hopes that he might reach that level again, even though he has zero incentive to.

I get the feeling Indiana signed him mainly to stop another contender doing so...he didn't even stay in game shape while not playing.. He doesn't give a shit anymore..
I would be suprised if he is on a roster next year.. Think this is it for him.. Not worth the trouble at this point...
