Damn.

Knicks really getting the business from every PG. Kinda like how Laker fans used to complain Fisher gave opposing PGs career nights.

Williams and Thomas hit some clutch shots. Thomas was making Felton look a fool

I dont like Felton 1 bit but you fckin idiots didn't even watch the video. Felton got burned maybe once or twice by him, he didn't hit half his shots on him. Jimmer was hitting from 4 feet behind the line. Not exactly the way to play him Knicks, thanks for the scouting help. You need to press him and force him to drive, not let him set his feet no matter how far he's away from the basket.

FREE JIMMER!!!

Needs to be in the rotation at SG. We get nothing on either end of the floor from our SGs. Just rotate 3 guards in the 2 positions and leave Thorton on the bench.

Thorton's avg over the last 10 games
8 pts, 1.3 reb, 0.9 Assists, and 0.4 Steals in 23 minutes per game.

While Jimmer gets 12 min per game (boosted by last night's 27 min).

He's just doing what everyone knew he could do. He's an excellent shooter with limitless range. Excellent offensive player out of college. Not a good defensive player. Too bad he's on a team that doesn't know how to use him. On another team he could be really deadly.

Give him a screen he will knock down a shot.

To be fair, even Prigi had a tough time guarding Jimmer. But Jimmer was so loose - he just shaked and baked out there. It's true that NOBODY sweats the current Knick team... I don't think I'll be tuning in to many more games this season.

He sure can shoot. Always a place for that.

On another team he could be really deadly.

Hopefully we'll see that next year or maybe even this year if he gets dealt.

Would love to see Jimmer as a Laker tho
Lakers could get him. Run some crazy screens and pin downs for some corner threes

I can dig it, I just don't like giving up bigs for guards.

If I was in the Lakers FO and I knew we weren't planning on bringing back Hill next season i'd do this in a second.

Imo we keep Cousins/Acy (he's cheap and a good team guys), Williams (since Gay is going to leave) and Thomas. Everyone else can go tbh (maybe give Mclemore next season but he looks garbage). If we could get Shaun Livingston and Taj Gibson next season + our draft pick that would be unreal.

Yeah massive pass first PG with solid athletic ability and you can play him as a PG who defends SG's while Thomas plays more as a SG scorer which is what he is anyway and does not have to worry about playmaking with Livingston on the floor. Plus he can defend he's perfect for us.

I wouldn't mind Rondo haha. Kinda want a PG that can shoot though. If we kept Fredette you could bring him off the bench to play with livingston

If Thomas demands 6mil+ a season he can go as well imo, we can't be paying him 7-9million dollars a year. Depends on a lot of things I guess, if Gay leaves I would like Rondo as well. Only issue with Rondo is currently there is no one with any idea on the team how to play pick n roll.

Agreed. Any solid cheap SGs we can get?

The SG position is pretty thin in talent and most the good ones are pretty much locked up or going to be locked up. Honestly can't think of any maybe Anthony Morrow is the only one or Dorell Wright (even though he's a SF) can play SG.
