Yes. Bird literally has no argument over Lebron if Lebron wins another championship.

He has every argument over Lebron even if Lebron wins more MVPs and championships.

What angle are you going to take?

How exactly does LeBron move up to the 5 spot with 3 rings/3 FMVPs and Duncan is only 9th with 4 rings/3 FMVPs? :oldlol:

I'm not saying LeBron wouldn't overtake Duncan if he does get another ring/FMVP this year, but that ranking doesn't make any sense.

I disagree.

What angle are you going to take?

The angle that I don't like Lebron and won't give him credit for his accomplishments.

uh 4 MVPs? lol

you know you're right about Duncan, but there's no wrong or right answer to move him ahead of wilt or not. Don't think you can move him ahead of bird though

Duncan would still have an extra ring as the man, though.

You can make the case for 2 extra MVPs > 1 extra ring (although I disagree), but how would that separate them a whole 4 spots?

While I don't agree with OP and think Duncan would still be ahead of Lebron due to just playing alot longer, there is more to basketball than MVPs and rings when judging a player.

It's pretty debatable, but I guess you're right. Duncan on my list would still be #5 just because of having a longer career at the moment. Lebron would most likely surpass him in a few years with his totals piling up. It would probably be less debatable if Duncan won a DPOY which he was the one player who was pretty deserving.

I also agree that at the end of his career, LeBron should be ahead of Duncan.

5. Duncan
6. Shaq
7. Russell

If LeBron wins another ring/Finals MVP, I would probably move him up to 6.

#6 with Ring/FMVP.

Top 5 all-time with MVP/Ring/FMVP.

No debate about it either.

#1 guy with a 3-peat is very exclusive class, though.

Nice to see someone else appreciates Kareem too. He's massively underrated and even has a legitament argument for #1 GOAT.

I just cant find the heart to rank him over Shaq.

Most dominant big of All Time imo.

But, Lebron will be top 6-7 for sure with another ring and FMVP.

#5 is a bit of a stretch, I would say anywhere between 7-9.
