Can anybody help me with my GIF avatar?

For some reason my avatar I chose is not working correctly as you can see under my name. I dont think its the file size since it accepted the gif and posted it under my username...but the GIF is not moving...its a still FRAME....anybody know how I can fix that? I did resize already and everything....

You'd have to shorten it. A lot.

you will have to compress the shti out of that gif which will probably come out looking like it was recorded on a tube tv. thats IF you can even manage to compress it enough for the forum maximum

Im using a program called GIMP to delete some frames (layers)...anybody know how to delete multiple frames (layers) at once?
