The Saints and the Hornets played a large part in trying to keep the community strong. anybody remember the OKC Hornets? cp3 had a large group of kids he took care of in N'awlins and he said he wouldn't forget them just because he was getting traded. He will always mean a lot to the city and vice versa.

Yeah he did a lot. He hasn't done anything that other players haven't done. When does the ass kissing stop? :lol Must it be all about him everytime he goes to NOLA? The team was a mess so I for one don't blame him for wanting to leave. It's done now though. Move on. They're painting courts around the city in Pelicans colors now. When they changed the name he said it will seem like a team he didn't play for. It's NOT a team he's played for. I don't blame him for loving NOLA either.
