Am I the only one who can see them getting bounced before ECF? It would be a major upset.

They need to trade everybody and rebuild.

It's obvious.

Yes because you have instantly become a Pacers hater ever since Paul George went God mode on your team.

When did he go god mode? You mean the terrible four point play?

It was a great play maybe a bad call, but he still made the shot and the free throw.

Pacers are made for the playoffs. A lot of their losses have come on back 2 backs. They had a ton of periods last season where they played like this, but still pushed Miami to 7 in the ECF.

Didn't know they were this bad tbh. Miami is the complete opposite. Horrible against sub .500 teams, goat against over .500 teams.

Miami also dealt with injuries in the ECF. With Wade being the biggest. The Pacers offense is always going to have periods where it stalls. If Wade gives them anything, than Miami is beating them.

So overrated that the last two champions played in the East, right? With one of them beating your team into submission to point your franchise player cried on his mom.:oldlol:

Eastern conf is made up of 15 teams not one you tool. The reigning champs may be in the east but as a whole conference it is terrible.

Better sign of consistency is winning games you should win

They are still

1-1 vs miami
1-0 vs spurs
2-0 vs Clippers
1-0 vs rockets

So in terms of vs top teams.. Their record is fine

What's the Heat's record against those teams (aside from Indy, of course)?

Heat are

2-0 vs Clippers
1-0 vs Spurs
1-0 Rockets I think
0-1 vs Thunder same as Pacers

2 of the heat 4 losses vs 500 teams were against Thunder and Warriors.. Oddly enough both at home.

Exactly.

11-9 vs. winning teams is solid, as those teams are close to their skill level. Having a .700 record or better against winning teams, especially elite teams, is pretty unreasonable. Losing games to the likes of Sacramento, Utah, and Detroit on a regular basis could cost Miami if they don't get HCA over Indiana, or in the Finals. Those are games that you need to win...

That's a great record against elite and contending teams.

Indiana Pacers are only 1 game ahead of the Miami Heat. I think Miami would likely finish with the best record in the east.

Indeed.

What a contenders record vs above 500 teams means alot less than their record against the other elite teams.

Pacers won in staples and won in San Antonio too.. To me that's impressive.

Top contenders should win vs other top contenders at home.. Winning on the road means more.

Yes but are still 3 wins off the pacers record.. Pacers youth and Miami age and injures is why I still expect Pacers to hold on to the top seed... Plus it means more to the pacers.

1 seed would probably help LeBrons MVP chances, so he might try and gun for it

Conference championship gunna be a breeze for Brooklyn..

It would but Miami are too smart to go for it.. LeBron knows it doesn't make you are a lock for anything when in Cleveland

With the way Indy is playing now, I agree. They've definitely come back down to Earth. The East is Miami's for the taking.

The Pacers lost a lot of the games where it's considered a tough place to play. I don't see Indiana winning tough playoff games on the road. They're pretenders IMO.
