Nah someone will sign him. It's mostly because we have a bit of a logjam at the 4 spot. Nicholson needs more minutes and at this point playing a developing O'Quinn next to Vucevic is much more effective defensively.

Who would want to go play with KG in a place that can't win a title over going to LA to be in the sunshine and have a chance to make noise (albeit a small chance). This isn't KG's team, he's just a cog. Nets are eh. They'd be in a normal year fighting to make the playoffs.

Being with KG in a great situation must be fun, the energy, etc. Being with KG as you get knocked out early in the playoffs and he makes retirement plans, probably much less so.

Miami should get him. If Micky stops being cheap as f*ck Miami can use the mmle on him which no other contending team can use. David West usually kills Miami in the playoffs especially when Battier is on him.

West and Davis met in the 2012 playoffs..Here are their stats for the 5 game series:

West: 16-10-2 44% fg 39 mpg
Davis: 19-9-1 44% fg 38 mpg

On Miami Davis will get more open looks and less coverage. Birdman is shooting 68% because of that and if Davis was on Miami he would probably shoot 50%.
